Peninsula Kids is a brand new, purpose build Childcare Centre located between Takapuna and Devonport. We are pleased to announce that Construction will start just after the Xmas/ New Year break. The centre is designed in a style similar to many other modern or refurbished houses in the area and has brilliant indoor outdoor flow. Downstairs a large carpeted room is perfect for story time, naps, putting on shows and other indoor activities. There are also modern, large, warm, light filled spaces for eating and playing. A separate under 2s area with, a quiet, warm and dry sleep room and its own outdoor play area also sits on the ground floor.
Outdoors there is more than the required space for children to play in, and there will be a mixture of water play, sandpits, play equipment and planting activities for children. Upstairs is our teacher area with kitchen, great spaces for breaks and professional development spaces and full bathroom for local teachers who run or bike to work.
